Liaises
with the documentation centre of IFES, with Hungarian
and foreign scientific institutions and she is also
the coordinator of the Central and Eastern European
Election Database ('Essex'), the European Union election,
and the Eurovotes projects, she prepares the themes
of the annual conferences.

He
controls the operation of the Secretariat, organises
and prepares international election observatory activities
for decision-making and executes them.

of the Association, liases with the Mott Foundation
and other supporting organisations, identifies sponsors,
organises annual conferences and Executive Board meetings.

with the representatives of the member countries and
partner organisations, organises annual conferences
and Executive Board meetings as well as the other events
of the Association, carries out the administrative tasks
of the Secretariat and supports the professional activities
conducted in the framework of the Association.

She
is responsible for coordination of projects of the Association
as well as for communication with representatives of
member countries and partner organisations in Russian.
Assists in organising annual conferences and other events
of the Association and carries out the administrative
tasks of the Secretariat.

The
ACEEEO is mourning for Mr. Miklós Szana who died
on January 19th 2003 of serious disease.
He
has been conducting the finance of the ACEEEO and supervising
the budget of all the projects for long time. He helped
our work with his experience, humaneness and helpfulness.
The ACEEEO has lost one of its most outstanding members.
