She has been working in the electoral administration since 1993, and received her appointment to the Head of the National Election Office in 2002.
She teaches at the Faculty of Law and Economics of Széchenyi István University, also she is the author of several issues in the filed of elections.
She gained professional experiences in many countries of the world as international observer.
