Since the changes which were accomplished in society in 1989 is her activity related to the electoral matters. These matters include preparation of the legal drafts relating to the process of elections and referendum as well as the assurance of their conduction from the organisational, technical and professional side.

In years 1992, 1994, 1998 and 2002 was her working activity concentrated on the preparation and conduction of elections to the parliament and to the self-governing bodies of the municipalities, however since 1993, after the splitting of Czech and Slovak Federative Republic, this was performed only in the territory of the Slovak Republic.

After the draft legal acts adopted by the National Council of Slovak Republic which amended the electoral processes, she was assuring the conduction of the elections of the President of Slovak Republic, as well as the elections to the bodies of self-governing regions, which were held for the first time in 2001 and the conduction of referendums in 1994, 1997, 1998, 2000 and 2003. In 2004 she was responsible for the conduction of elections of the President of Slovak Republic, referendum and elections to the European Parliament, which were held in Slovak Republic for the first time.

As a professional advisor she fulfils the function of the electoral officer of the Central Electoral Commission, where she is appointed and recalled for the elections by the Government of the Slovak Republic.

She is a member of the General Assembly of the ACEEEO (Association of Central and Eastern European Election Officials) and she also cooperates with the IFES (International Foundation for Election Systems).
