The General Assembly is the supreme organ of the Association and is composed of all its members. The General Assembly considers proposals or questions of common interest submitted by its members, the Executive Board or the Secretariat. It also adopts the policy, and approves the program of work of the Association and the main items of the agenda of its forthcoming meetings. The General Assembly performs its duties in accordance with the provisions of the Charter and its own rules of procedure.
