Changements in the management  of the 'Developing accurate voters' list' project

Please note that due to organizational reasons  from the 1st February 2010 a changement took place in the "Developing accurate voters' list in transitive democracies" project's management.  In  the position of the project manager Mr. Attila Kaszas is replaced by Mr. Gyula Rádi, expert, retired diplomat of the European Union.
