Capacity Building Training for Moldovan Election Officials in July, 2008

- The ACEEEO Secretariat organized a training for the members
of the Central Election Commission of Moldova in order to
build sustainable institutional technical capacity and skills
to administer elections and referenda between 14-18 July.
The training focused on organizational and technical skills
necessary for administering elections and referenda, planning
and assuring human resources for elections, conflict management
and handling legal complaints. The first step, a preparatory
meeting, was already held in at the ACEEEO Secretariat, Budapest,
on April 21-22.
